Curtailment Forensics & Recovery
Solas Energy identified the root cause of curtailment by the system operator, enabling the client to recover lost revenue. Our team analyzed ISO dispatch signals, historian data, and neighbouring wind farm events to assess whether curtailment was applied in line with ISO rules. The detailed review provided clarity, evidence, and actionable strategies to restore production and protect future earnings.
Construction to Operations Transition
Solas Energy acted as Owner’s Engineer to manage the critical transition from construction to operations for a large renewable energy project. We developed a comprehensive permit and action tracking system to identify outstanding issues in permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction conditions.
