Taylor’s expertise includes regulations related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, renewable energy portfolio standards and economic policy, energy markets, and the deployment of renewable energy sources (wind and solar) and battery energy storage technologies to support the electrical grid.

Shasta Kadonaga
Shasta brings over 23 years of renewable energy experience and her deep understanding of construction, operations, maintenance, project management, and strategic planning makes her an invaluable asset to support clients in the development, construction, and operation of projects to support the energy transition.

Gabriel Risbud-Vincent
Gabriel is a Renewable Energy Engineer with five years of experience in renewable energy, specializing in utility-scale solar (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS). He is a Professional Engineer and has supported the development of over 2 GWac of solar and 5 GWh of BESS projects throughout North America.
