Paula McGarrigle

President and CEO, Canada
Paula is the co-founder of Solas Energy. A respected professional with 20+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Paula has participated in many industry shaping projects as well as numerous policy initiatives by governments and industry associations. She enjoys the challenge of a growing industry which is incorporating new technologies, developing new markets, and responding to evolving regulatory regimes at a rapid rate.

Shasta Kadonaga

Director of Renewable Energy
Shasta brings over 23 years of renewable energy experience to her leadership role as Director of Renewable Energy with Solas Energy’s Canadian team. Her deep understanding of construction, operations, maintenance, project management, and strategic planning makes her an invaluable asset to support Solas Energy’s clients in the development, construction, and operation of projects to support the energy transition.

Our services span strategy, development, project and construction management, and operations of utility-scale and commercial renewable energy projects. Our technical expertise includes utility-scale wind and solar, hydrogen, grid modernization (energy storage and smart grid), biomass, sustainability, and zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) mobility. Our value is the depth and perspective we provide our clients as they navigate the complex issues associated with the energy transition.
