Solas + Storage Contract & Operations Review

Solas Energy provided Owner’s Engineer services for a large solar + storage project, ensuring both commercial and operational readiness. We conducted a detailed review of the Battery Storage Agreement (tolling structure) to align responsibilities for dispatch, maintenance, warranty compliance, and performance monitoring. In parallel, we prepared a comprehensive Capex and Opex analysis, benchmarking supplier proposals, long-term O&M service models, augmentation strategies, and end-of-life recycling costs. This integrated approach gave the client clear cost visibility and reduced project risk across the full lifecycle.
