Solas Energy® Consulting Names Energy Industry Veteran Felipe Uscátegui as Director of Project and Construction Management
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, USA and CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, August 2, 2022 — Solas Energy Consulting, a provider of comprehensive energy solutions, today announced that Felipe Uscátegui has joined the company as Director of Project and Construction Management. Mr. Uscátegui brings decades of experience in the planning and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects for wind, solar, energy storage, and biomass generation facilities. In his new role with Solas Energy, he will lead the company’s US-based project and construction management operations.

Mr. Uscátegui has more than four decades of experience in the energy industry, with over 20 years of experience in renewables. He most recently led construction management for multiple utility-scale wind and solar projects at Avangrid Renewables. He also served as Vice President of Construction for Terra-Gen, a leading renewable energy developer, where he led construction planning, engineering, and project management for the development and execution of the company’s broad portfolio of renewable energy projects. His global and multi-lingual background positions him to support all regions throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America.
